Just a note to let everyone know that we've now ventured into the second trimester! It's hard to believe we're already at 14 weeks! It seems like it's going faster this time! No, I'm not going to start posting "belly pics" but I will note that my regular blue jeans are now too tight, despite my 10 pound total weight loss. I bet I've gained back at least half of that weight since we've been in Oklahoma. My appetite has returned and Genie's great cooking and the eating out is getting to me!! It is always a relief to hit the 14 week mark as risk of miscarriage is significantly lower now. Everything seems to be going well and Carter or Lila (hopefully we'll know which on May 8th) is starting to kick where mommy can feel it!
We are starting our journey back home this evening. Paul's sisters, their husbands, and all the kids will be here for a late lunch this afternoon and we'll try to leave by 6. We'll stop and spend the night somewhere on the road and make the rest of the trip tomorrow. We will be celebrating Charles and Genie's birthdays today- they are on the 17th and 24th of April.
Please pray for us as we travel.

My Little Farmer
We are really having a great time in Oklahoma! We've enjoyed two beautiful days of great weather. We went yesterday to the Waurika Rattlesnake Hunt. You can see pictures of that on Paul's Blog. Last night we went over to great Gramma and PaPa Kelsey's for Gramma's famous gumbo. I'll have to admit that the taste is growing on me and I actually enjoyed it.
Today we went up to Mt. Scott (to a girl who was raised in Alabama it only seems like a very large hill, but in Oklahoma it's the biggest "mountain" they have!) The kids had a great time and Paul and I did too. We took the kids to Burger King and let them play in the indoor playplace and then went to the mall for a few minutes. Paul got up early to go help his dad and PaPa on the farm this morning, but the kids and I got to sleep in.
Not sure what tomorrow holds, but I do know we're going to the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast in the morning. Fun, fun.
I'm sure I'll put some more pictures up later, but I just wanted to post this one Paul took last night. It's a picture of Levi on PaPa and great PaPa's farm.

13 Weeks and Counting...
I had my 3 doctor visit today for "Kelsey Baby #3." We got to hear baby's heartbeat today at 150-160 beats per minute. The nurse didn't even have to work very hard to find the heartbeat. She barely touched the doppler to my belly when we heard the swooshing which we knew was a strong heartbeat. It's always a sigh of relief to hear it that first time!
Everything seems to be going well with this pregnancy. The doctor's only concern was my 11 pound weight LOSS! How ironic that any other time in my life, this would have been considered a great accomplishment. The virus I had last week really did a number on me and my appetite is still not what it normally is. Other than that, everything is fine.
We were very excited to find out today that we will have our BIG ultrasound in only 4 weeks! It will be a little early at only 17 weeks, but we're still hoping to find out what this little one will be! We go on May 8th at 8 a.m.!
For those of you that don't know, we already have names for this little one. I like to know way ahead of time and not have to think about it any more! If it is a girl her name will be Lila Victoria Kelsey (after our dear friend Lila Mae Hand and Grammy Kelsey). If it is a boy his name will be Carter David Kelsey (Carter just because we like it and David after my dad and Grandpa Blewett). Whatever the baby is we just pray that he or she is healthy and happy!!

Glad to be home!!
As most of you know, I had to spend Sunday night in the hospital. I got the dreaded stomach virus that has been going around and I got dehydrated, even though I had been drinking lots of water.
I won't go into the details of the visit (they aren't fun to think about, especially the 6 attempts to find a vein worth pursuing for an IV). I just want to thank everyone who helped us out in the past few days.
I especially want to thank my mom who took off work so she could stay at the hospital with me so Paul could keep up with the kids. Also to Angela Gulledge who brought supper for Paul and the kids last night. And a special thanks to Marty, Susan, Pam, Emily, and Jared who helped put together the Lads booklets and to Emily and Jared for watching Levi at Addi's game last night so Paul could watch the game. There's no way I could thank everyone without missing someone. Thanks for all the prayers that were said on my behalf!
Also, Thanks to Daniel and Mandi who have taken care of the "Easter Bunny" duties in my absence!
I feel some better and was able to sleep all night last night for the first night in 5 nights! Hopefully I will feel up to the Lads to Leaders Convention coming up this weekend.
I would be amiss if I didn't say a thanks to Paul too. He has really been a trooper and took very good care of the kids while I was down. I love you, Paul. Don't know what I'd do without you!
